Last home game a HUGE success - The Bury Bombers put in their best performance of the season on Sunday at home against Sporting Club Albion, winning 96 - 17!! This win effectively guarantees the team a place at the Championship Playoffs in May.
Bury Bombers Marathon dates released - The 2010 Bury Bombers Marathon will be held on Sunday 13th June at County Upper School. This is a fantastic event which helps raise money for the wheelchair basketball team. Please download the Marathon Flyer and Sponsorship Form for more information.
Away win for Bombers in Mansfield - The Bury Bombers traveled to the home of the Maulers on Saturday, and enjoyed a friendly and sporting game against the hosts, winning 75 - 28.
8 out of 8 - The Bury Bombers Division 3 team put in their best performance of the season to crush Rhinos 3 by 69 - 22 in Wolverhampton. It was the 8th win of the season for the team and puts them top of Division 3 Central!!
New Year, New Look! – 2010 sees the launch of the Bury Bombers new logo ready for their new kit. The much loved original logo has been updated by Hugh Anderson and will be seen on the website, literature and kit in the future.
Junior Bombers Dominate - The Bury Bombers Junior’s dominated the final round of the Junior League. They comfortably won all 3 games putting them in 1st place of the Southern League. Click here to see these results. They will travel to Nottingham on the 13th March for the Finals!!
Good start to 2010 - The Bury Bombers started 2010 as they finished 2009, with another strong win, this time against Cobras 2 in Leicester. The final score was 53 - 28.
Bombers end year with another Division 3 win - The Bury Bombers Division 3 team faced Coventry Crusaders on Sunday; the only team they had not yet played this season. Bombers came through a hard game with a strong win, 58 - 27.
